Meaning:

Loving or trying deeply even when you know nothing you do will last the way you want it to.
"Drinking sunlight through cracked glass"

Meaning:

Trying to experience joy even though you're not completely healed yet by taking in whatever light you can.

Facing old wounds again and again because healing didn't remove the memory, only softened the sting.
